Chuta is a reddish octopus. He has only appeared in the Game Boy Advance games. He is usually the one who teaches Starfy the Mighty Star Spin. In Densetsu no Starfy he was usually in an octopus pot, but he loses the pot in Densetsu no Starfy 2 due to a bad storm. Ootaruika gives Starfy a Barrel, which Chuta happily accepts. He has since worn a Barrel in Densetsu no Starfy 3.
