The Makeup Set (Japanese: おけしょうセット) is an item in Densetsu no Starfy 2, found in Pufftop (Stage 8-5). It is Squirt #4's favorite item. Squirt #3 gives it to Starfy after Starfy gives him the Cold Medicine. Starfy must give it to Squirt #4 through the bottom-right door from the room with the Imadame. In return, Squirt #4 gives Starfy the Prison Key that will free the Pufftop Children from their cell.
