Snow Penguins crafted by Mini Pings

Snowmen can be found in Chillydip Cove. They are crafted by Mini Pings; minions of King Ping. They resemble Pinglings, but are taller, whiter, and have goggle resting on the forehead. They can be knocked down by a Star Spin, though Mini Pings will pop out of the ground and rebuild them, so the Snowmen cannot be permanently destroyed.

In the Snow-Shovel Mission Side Quest in Stage 3-2, Mini Pings have made thirteen Snowmen from a "massive pile of snowballs" and are using them to build Snowmen 'no good'. Piplion asks Starfy to use his Star Spin to keep them down, and rewards the player with access to Chillydip Cove's Secret Area 1 if Starfy keeps at least 7 Snowmen down at once for 60 seconds.
