He states that he was looking for the [[Pufftop ~~Kid~~]]s. When Ogura acted violently and caused debris to fall, a Pufftop Guard with a full belt and official looking hat went to Pufftop Palace's royal audience chamber to tell Papa Star that Ogura had appeared in Pufftop.
