Skelefin (Sukerugyo in Japan) is an enemy in the Starfy series. In the Game Boy Advance games, they were always small and couldn't be defeated.
Toy description
When this lumbering lug sees Starfy, he stubbornly gives chase... Skelefin could use a little meat on its bones, but don't you end up as bony fish food!
