Echigyoya is an old fish who is probably the leader of the Chonmagyo and Mijingo. In Densetsu no Starfy 2, he attempted to attack Starfy using his spiked shuriken throwing clones. In Densetsu no Starfy 3, he attempted to stop Starfy again by having his five Mijingo attack him.
