Madcap (Maruberu in Japan) is a mushroom-like enemy in the Nintendo DS games.
Toy description
An excitable baddie who spurts clouds of smoke and darts around. Madcap is crazy, zany, and, well...madcap. What else can I tell ya? Sheesh!
