Uotsaruto is a blue fish musician that only appeared in the first four Starfy games and only had a story role in the first three. He/She usually plays the Tone of Ocean, but also plays a saxophone in Densetsu no Stafy 3. He/She makes a cameo appearance in Densetsu no Stafy 4. He/She can be touched in the level select of Dejeel's Castle for 5 Pearls.
