The Cold Medicine (Japanese: カゼグスリ) is an item in Densetsu no Starfy 2, found in Pufftop (Stage 8-5). It is a blue liquid contained in a glass container that may help Squirt #3 stop sneezing. Squirt #2 gives it to Starfy after Starfy gives him the Gymnastics Tights. Starfy must give the Cold Medicine to Squirt #3 through the bottom-left door from the room with the Imadame. In return, Squirt #3 gives Starfy the Makeup Set.
