Globerto is a world traveling map maker who helps Starfy by taking him to the world map when he wants to leave a level.   When you enter that level after leaving with the help of Globerto, you will start from where you left off.  He appears many times in the levels, so use him when you need to leave and when he's around.  He usually stays somewhere around the mermaid who saves your adventure. In some treasure chests you will find notes from him.
