A cap resembling Luigi's Cap without the "L" made a cameo as one of the Treasure Items in Densetsu no Starfy (coordinates x=6, y=2 on the panel), found in Pufftop. It is officially called "Luigi's Cap" in the Nintendo Official Guidebook. (

In Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga
Starfy makes a cameo appearance on a movie poster titled Legend of Stafy in the Yoshi Theater in Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga. Luigi also appears in Super Smash Bros. Brawl and Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS and Wii U as a playable character.
