Mobiclip, formally known as Actimagine is a French based, research and development company that develops mobile video and mobile TV software, situated in Paris. The company currently has a subsidiary in Tokyo, Japan as well as offices in Singapore and California. Mobiclip are known for their Mobiclip Video Codec. As of February 2012, it was revealed on Mobiclip's official website that the company became a subsidiary of Nintendo. [1]
