In Densetsu no Starfy 2
In Densetsu no Starfy 2, Puchi Ogura #4 attacks Moe in Slippery Ice Alpine and freezes him inside of an ice cube. Starfy escorts Moe to three of the Jellato Sisters who then find a hot spring with the Ukizzu bathing in it.
