Chuta is a reddish octopus. He is usually the one that teaches Starfy the Mighty Star Spin. In Densetsu no Starfy he was usually in a pot, but he loses the pot in Densetsu no Starfy 2 and replaces it with a barrel. He has only appeared in the GBA games.
