Due to a problem where the registration Captcha may not appear and trying to register brings up a blank page or server error, it may not be possible for an unregistered user to create a new account using Special:CreateAccount.
However, it is still possible to create new accounts. We are accepting account creations by email. Please send an email to Torchickens ([email protected]) with the username you want. Torchickens will reply with a temporary password for it, for you to change later.
