Babe is a catch-phrase of The Jellato Sisters in The Legendary Starfy. It was also used in The Moe Show, where Moe becomes irritated with them and asks for a translator.
In the Japanese versions, they also use Boku (associated more with young males), and Chu (チュ), (シュ), replacing Desu (です).
