Fukafuka is a seal that is dressed up as a tiger. He is usually the one that teaches Starfy and Starly how to use the Kigurumi. He has only appeared in the GBA games. In Densetsu no Starfy 3, he gives Starfy a flute to hand over to Shirosan, who in return lets Starfy take some of his sheep's fur.
