The Densetsu no Starfy Trumps (Japanese: 伝説のスタフィー トランプ) are special playing cards based on Densetsu no Starfy. The playing cards were released on December 13th, 2002 for 500 yen each (excluding tax).

The playing cards come in two versions - a blue edition called 'Starfy Swimming in the Sea' (海を泳ぐスタフィー) and a pink edition called 'Starfy Standing on the Beach' (浜辺でたたずむスタフィー). The cards are split into King, Queen, Jack, Joker, 2-10 and Ace. Each individual card is 58x89 mm.

54 playing cards are included in each edition. Each edition contains cards that are exclusive to that version. It appears that different packets of the same edition may contain different cards because certain cards featured on the official Densetsu no Starfy mini-site aren't included in every pack.

A foldable instruction and caution sheet is included which teaches players how to play. The cards are initially protected by plastic packaging.
