Hi, I'm Torchickens. I'm currently one of the staff here. It's nice to meet you. :)
The Legendary Starfy series has grown on me a lot, I joined this Wiki with only a mild interest, but have since completed every Starfy game. Densetsu no Starfy is a very relaxing series, and the Game Boy Advance games in particular are much rewarding. Densetsu no Starfy 4 and The Legendary Starfy seemed to stray from the original formula and at face value these games didn't seem as fun for me, but the storytelling is often engaging and empathic. Additionally, I love the way that in the first four games there is much more for you to do after completion of the main game, usually with the addition of new levels for every stage. For some reason, maybe with the exception of some annoying backtracking at parts in Densetsu no Starfy 4, this trend never got dull.
Some day, I would really like to see a new game in the series. A new game in the series was hinted by Hitoshi Yamagami in an interview with Nintendo and TOSE. I'm hopeful that it will come. With the latest Nintendo consoles being the Wii U and Nintendo 3DS, there's a high possibility that it would be region-locked though, and as far as I know, the last Nintendo DS games were released in 2013. It seems unlikely for there to be a Nintendo produced Nintendo DS game from now, with 2012 being the latest year for such as game.
