In Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga

Starfy makes a cameo appearance on a movie poster titled Legend of Stafy in the Yoshi Theater in Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga. A similar poster is not known to appear in the Nintendo 3DS remake of the game (known as Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga + Bowser's Minions).
