The Happi and Headband (Japanese: ハッピとハチマキ) is an item in Densetsu no Starfy 3, found in Sea of Sky (Stage 9-3) in map 11. According to its item description, it gives Bawss three times his ordinary power just by wearing it. When Starfy gives it to Bawss, it helps Bawss defeat Makaika.
