Chiwan is a character that only appears in Densetsu no Starfy 4. He is the one that lets Starfy and Starfy use the Angler ability. He has a Genie Lamp which holds Plum.
Trivia
- Chiwan, like many old men in the series, uses the pronoun Washi in Japanese (though he may not be as old as the others).
- However, unlike the many old characters that use it, he does not have the honorific Jii (じい) or Jiisan じいさん) in his name.
- Chiwan's internal name is Tiwan.
