It is a light resembling [[Konk]]'s shell, attached to a rail by red and silver pieces. Konk thinks staying under the Light is cool but it makes him hot to do so while wearing his [[Helmet (item)|Helmet]]. Starly overhears Konk's conversation and moves the Light so that Konk stays under the Light for ten seconds. This article is about the object in Densetsu no Starfy 3. For the flower light in Densetsu no Starfy 4, see Random Flower. The Light (Japanese: ライト) is an object in Densetsu no Starfy 3, found in Lobber's Cave (Stage 1-4). It is a light resembling Konk's shell, attached to a rail by red and silver pieces. Konk thinks staying under the Light is cool but it makes him hot to do so while wearing his Helmet. Starly overhears Konk's conversation and moves the Light so that Konk stays under the Light for ten seconds. This proves too much for Konk and his Helmet flies towards Starly, leaving his head vulnerable for the boss battle.
When exposing Konk to the Light a number counts down from 10 on the screen. It is possible to leave Konk away from the Light for a second or two and have the counter continue counting down but if Starly is too slow, then the counter will reset to 10.
