Mooga is a squid boss in Densetsu no Starfy 3. She has a giant eye which she uses to keep track on Starfy or Starly. Mooga will attack by using her eye to fire a beam at them, or she may release various blue orbs which Starfy or Starly can destroy with a Star Spin. Starfy and Starly must attack Muga's eye after circling her around and making her dizzy. Mooga has what appears to be two additional red eyes at both sides of her face, although these never move and Starfy or Starly cannot attack them.
