The Pufftop Scholar is a character who only appears in Densetsu no Starfy 3. He only appears after defeating Ogura for the first time. He is an old, wise scholar resembling both a star and a starfish who wears purple robes, a purple scholar hat, and sports a large white mustache and beard.
