Tone of Ocean (Japanese: 海のねいろ) is the instrument Wotsaruto usually plays. Moe turns it into the Ocean Saxophone in Densetsu no Starfy 3 because Starly apparently didn't think the Tone of Ocean was suitable. It shares the same name as the series title song, prior to The Legendary Starfy.
