Jojiro is a green snark that appears to have to have a lot of scars and even a knife on him. He is a common character in the series. He owns a shop in Densetsu no Starfy 3.
In Densetsu no Starfy 4
In Densetsu no Starfy 4, Starfy, Starly and Moe encounter Jojiro on the Focus Hill map. Jojiro asks Starfy to eliminate several red-eyed Sand Snarks in Stage 7-3. In Stage 7-3, there are various red-eyed sand snarks in each room. By using his Star Spin, Starfy is able to stun them and make them flee deeper into the ocean. As a reward, Jojiro rewards Starfy, Starly and Moe with a Treasure Chest.
