Starfy getting repelled by the ice

Deep Ice is an obstacle in The Legendary Starfy, found in Chillydip Cove. It is a light blue translucent wall of sticky ice which repels Starfy or Starly when they approach it. The player can pass it by transforming into Starpedo and using Icy Spike/Super Icy Spike to freeze and shatter it.
