Starfy using a Public Telephone

Public Telephone (Japanese: こうしゅうデンワ) is an ability exclusive to Densetsu no Starfy 4. Starfy or Starly can interact with a Public Telephone by approaching it and pressing the (X) button. This brings up a conversation with Moe, who usually gives the player tips.
