The Monamu Lipstick (Japanese: モナムルージュ) is an item in Densetsu no Starfy 4. It is found in Flourishing Desert (Stage 6-3). Starfy must find it and give it to Taiblond and Kissme. The reward for giving the lipstick is the Idol Mike Accessory.
