Yunrei is a ghost enemy in Densetsu no Starfy 4. It can turn its hat into a weapon.
Trivia
Name origin
Possibly a pun on Yūrei (Japanese: 幽霊, literally 'dim spirit'). Yūrei are figures in Japanese folklore analogous to ghosts.
