Chibi-koun is an enemy in Densetsu no Starfy 4 resembling butter or cheese. It has tiny red feet. It is very small, and has two egg-shaped eyes which are partially attached to each other. Its eyes are huge in comparison to its whole body, but its red iris and pupils are small. It is often found walking back and forth underneath the small gaps which Starly must Crawl under to pass through.

After a few seconds, it will puff itself up to make itself larger and fluffy, and fill the height of the whole gap before reverting back to its ordinary size again.
