It is not held on the Items screen and the full sprite of the item is never seen because the text box makes the top section of the sprite not visible. It was left behind by [[Old Man Lobber]] after [[Starfy]] and [[Moe]] suffered a gas attack from [[Ogura]] and passed out. The letter offers advice for solving the timied block puzzles in the rooms ahead.
