Rasukeru is a lion explorer that only appeared in Densetsu no Starfy 4 in Thousand Year Hill (Stage 7). When Starfy, Starly and Moe meet Rasukeru, Starfy approaches a glowing red crystal ball next to Rasukeru which causes Starfy to vanish and Starly to turn angry against Rasukeru, until Moe stops her and catches her in his clam. The crystal ball actually teleports Starfy to Stage 7-1, where he has to escape by escorting a large whale blocking the exit with the help of three smaller whales. In his apologies for Starfy, he grants Starfy, Starly and Moe a Treasure Chest.
