The Mijingou are a group of pirate-like characters wearing red and white striped bandanas who are loyal to Puchi Ogura #10 and Echigyoya. In Densetsu no Starfy 2, a couple of Mijingou appeared; two brothers called Mijingou 1 and Mijingou 2 conversing with each other. Later, more Mijingou can be found in the boss battle with Puchi Ogura #10.
In Densetsu no Starfy 3, sets of five Mijingou tried to attack Starfy after he meets them and Echigyoya in rooms where Starfy is given a short time limit to defeat them. The only way to defeat each set is if all five Mijingou are stunned at once defeating them instantly.
