Hirara (Japanese: ヒララ) is a pink fish that only appeared in Densetsu no Starfy 3. Her fins become spiky when she gets angry. During the story, she was inside Gabun and was giving him a tummy ache. She tries to frighten Starfy, Starly and Moe but has failed, and tries to attack Moe, although shortly Gabun throws Starfy, Starly, Moe and Hirara out of his stomach.

In the manga (Yumiko Sudō)

Hirara appears in the sixth chapter of volume 2, "I Want to Appear in the Movies Too Fii!". She hosts auditions for the Haunted House in front of the Cinema (though Starfy and Moe think it's for a movie until the end). Many actors show up, but Hirara scares most of them away. She tells the remaining actors that they need someone brave. The remaining actors had to compete in a fighting competition and a speech test.
