Seiuchi-kun is a large orange walrus who appears in Densetsu no Starfy 3. He is found in Crushed Ice Alpine (Stage 4-4), where he was frightened to see Ogura passing by. He tells Starfy, Starly and Moe that Ogura went off towards the Jungle and scattered evil magic to revive a monster that was trapped in the ice — Pengod. He later tells Starfy, Starly and Moe about the Konbi after The Jellato Sisters are trapped in ice.
Seiuchi-kun appears as a sticker in Super Smash Bros. Brawl. It can only be used for Pokémon Trainer and boosts water attack by 18.
