Extra! (Japanese: おまけ!), known from the List on the Stage Select as Extra (Japanese: おまけ) is a menu in Densetsu no Starfy. It features Starfy swimming in a swimming pool in the background. It is the equivalent of Moe's House from Densetsu no Starfy 2-4 or Moe's Case from The Legendary Starfy.

The Extra available becomes available after beating Ogura for the first time, through the Stage Select. It can be accessed by pressing select on the Stage Select to activate the List then choosing the icon of Moe. If the player uses the Demo glitch to access the Extra! menu early, no options are available.

Options

• Sea Jams: Lets the player listen to every tune in the game except for the seemingly unused Opening Demo variant. Available after returning Wotsaruto's Tone of Ocean for a second time.
• Staff Roll 1: Lets the player watch the first Staff Roll. Available after beating Ogura for the first time.
• Staff Roll 2: Lets the player watch the second Staff Roll. Available after beating Ogura after obtaining every Treasure Item.
• Ending 1: Lets the player watch the first Ending. Available after beating Ogura for the first time.
• Ending 2: Lets the player watch the second Ending. Available after beating Ogura for a second time.
• Ending 3: Lets the player watch the third ending. Available after beating Ogura after obtaining every Treasure Item.
