Mitsugasago is a red fish that only appeared in Densetsu no Starfy 2. He and Moon dated during the events of Starfy 2, but Moon broke up with him during the events of its post game. In the story he was kidnapped by Puchi Ogura #5 and Numan and locked behind bars. He also has a cameo appearance in the Densetsu no Starfy manga illustrated by Yumiko Sudō. He can be seen among an audience in the cover of the sixth chapter of volume 2, "I Want to Appear in the Movies Too Fii!".
