Densetsu no Starfy R (Japanese: 伝説のスタフィーR) abbreviated from Densetsu no Starfy Returns (Japanese: デンセツノスタフィーリターンズ) is a manga series based on the events of Densetsu no Starfy 4 which ran from April 2006 up to April 2008, published by Shogakukan and officially licensed by Nintendo. It was regularly submitted to CoroCoro Comic. It was illustrated by Suzuo Yadaka (矢高鈴央, やたか すずお) [1] as a follow up to the Densetsu no Starfy manga illustrated by Yumiko Sudō.
The first volume of the manga was also available as a 192 page booklet for ¥410 from 28th July 2008. (ISBN:9784091406859) [2] It has a total of thirteen chapters.
