The pink creature is an unused character or enemy in Densetsu no Starfy 2 (index number 07). It resembles a creature similar to both a coral reef and a fish/dolphin like creature, with two large eyes and a mouth. It is also somewhat similar to a smaller version of Ruby or could maybe be a precursor to Hirara.
