The green monster is an unused enemy in Densetsu no Starfy 2. It looks similar to a cross between an alien and a sea creature, with two large eyes sticking out from its 'Y' shaped face. It has what may either be a 'w' shaped mouth or a large nose, and a curious red fire or footprint like symbol on its belly with a yellow circle in the center.
The enemy can be called with two object IDs; object 00 and object 01. 00 is just a stationary version of the creature which does not attack and cannot be attacked. 01 also cannot be attacked, but may have a glitched animation where it discharges electricity, and its sprite cycles through all the other object sprites in the game.
The purpose of this enemy is unknown.
