Savako is a teal fish that always has an umbrella. Moe seems to like her, but not as much as Ruby. She is playable in Love Love Love Volley in Densetsu no Starfy 3. Player 4 plays her.

In the manga (Yumiko Sudō)

Savako does not appear in the story. However, she can be seen among an audience in volume 2.
