Densetsu no Starfy R (Japanese: 伝説のスタフィーR) abbreviated from Densetsu no Starfy Returns (Japanese: デンセツノスタフィーリターンズ) is a manga series based on Densetsu no Starfy 4 which ran from April 2006 up to April 2008, published by Shogakukan and copyrighted to Nintendo and TOSE (The tankōbon is © 2008). It was regularly submitted to CoroCoro Comic. It was illustrated by Suzuo Yadaka (矢高鈴央, やたか すずお) [1] as a follow up to the Densetsu no Starfy manga illustrated by Yumiko Sudō.

The first volume of the manga was also available as a 192 page booklet for ¥410 from 28th July 2008. (ISBN:9784091406859) [2] It has a total of thirteen chapters.
