Jojiro is a green snark that appears to have to have a lot of scars and even a knife on him. He is a common character in the series. He owns a shop in Densetsu no Starfy 3.
In Densetsu no Starfy 4
In Densetsu no Starfy 4, Starfy, Starly and Moe encounter Jojiro on the Thousand Year Hill map. Jojiro explains that several of his minions have been brainwashed by Dejiru, and asks Starfy to eliminate several red-eyed Sand Snarks in Stage 7-3. He then teaches Starfy the Ultra Star Spin.
