Densetsu no Starfy 2 (Japanese: 伝説のスタフィー2, literally Legendary Starfy 2 or Legend of Starfy 2) is the second game in The Legendary Starfy series released only in Japan. It was released for the Game Boy Advance. The game came with stickers of Starfy and some of the Stuff known as the Starfy Kisekae stickers (Japanese: スタフィーきせかえシール).

Story

Densetsu no Starfy 2 takes place sometime after its predecessor, Densetsu no Starfy. Times in the kingdom of Pufftop were peaceful once again after Ogura was trapped inside the Jar, but not until too long. Ogura was thinking how to escape from the Jar for a long time. The Jar was contained in a small room. One day, Starfy was playing with Moe while one of the Pufftop Guards was sleeping.

Inside of the Jar, Ogura moaned about Starfy and his parents. Later, Ogura thought about Starfy's family and had an idea. Ogura threw two black orbs out from his nose and threw them towards the top of the Jar. They fell down and began to multiply and they soon developed into ten children which Ogura named the "Puchi Ogura". Ogura said it would be easy for them to escape from the Jar as they are small. He then asked the ten Puchi Ogura to cause a storm, so they agreed and escaped from the Jar and caused another storm to hit Pufftop. The storm frightened Starfy, Moe, Papa Star, Mama Star and the Pufftop Guards as debris fell from the sky. Starfy then hid in Moe's clam for safety. The storm caused the Jar to topple over and release Ogura and the Puchi Ogura. Ogura floated over to the main room of the Pufftop Palace, happy to be out at last and kidnapped Mama Star as revenge for Starfy trapping him inside of the Jar. This terrified Starfy who then jumped out of Moe's clam and ran after Ogura and Mama Star.

Ogura leads Starfy to the edge of Pufftop Palace and Ogura floats down towards the ocean. Starfy cries and runs off to rescue Mama Star. Moe clings on to Starfy, telling him that it would take much effort for him to return to Pufftop. Starfy resists, so Starfy and Moe both fall off the edge of Pufftop on to a beach. Moe moans at Starfy, who is tearful and Starfy begins to cry, which Moe finds annoying. Starfy eventually stops crying. Moe asks Starfy to follow him and reassures him that he can get help from Old Man Lobber when he is troubled.

Like in Densetsu no Starfy, Starfy and Moe help solve the problems of various characters as the player advances through stages. Ogura now has his own castle, and Starfy must advance through eleven stages to get to it and confront Ogura. The first ten stages have a boss battle with each of the ten Puchi Ogura and the final stage has a boss battle with Ogura.

While Mama Star was kidnapped, she dropped several treasures, known as Stuff for Starfy to collect every level. Some of them were stolen by the Puchi Ogura and can be obtained by defeating them at the end of each stage.
